Terms & Conditions

Accommodation is sold by the bed space on the basis of shared, mixed gender bunk beds.

Should you require sole use of a room empty bed spaces may be chargeable at the basic rate.

The price per bed is a minimum of £24 but may alter at the owner’s discretion according to the time of year.

Linen is available at £4 per person per night and we ask guests to strip their beds when they leave.

Earliest check in time is 16.00 and latest check out is by 10.30 unless otherwise agreed.

Booking is on a first come first served basis and is only secured by payment in full unless agreed otherwise. This can be done by bank transfer or cleared cheque.

In the case of a block booking a refundable deposit of £350 is required to cover any damage or breakages.

The kitchen and showers are to be left clean immediately after use ready for the next guest.

The bunkhouse is to be left clean and tidy on departure and any breakages must be notified to the owners.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

No Stag Parties.

No Dogs inside the Bunkhouse. A dog bed is available in adjoining room.

No Smoking.

No outdoor shoes in the Bunkhouse.

Cancellations more than two weeks in advance for single bed spaces will be refunded but any less notice will mean that no refund is due.

For a block booking three weeks’ notice of cancellation is required.

We respectfully request that guests show due consideration to our neighbours and any other guests by keeping noise to a minimum after 22.30.
