Accommodation is sold by the bed space on the basis of shared, mixed gender bunk beds.
Should you require sole use of a room empty bed spaces may be chargeable at the basic rate.
The price per bed is a minimum of £32.50 but may alter at the owner’s discretion according to the time of year.
Linen packs including bedding and a towel are available for a charge of £6 per person per night. Guests are requested to make their beds on arrival and strip them on departure, leaving the used linen and towels in the utility room.
Earliest check in time is 16.00 and latest check out is by 10.30 unless otherwise agreed.
Booking is on a first come first served basis and is only secured by payment in full unless agreed otherwise. This can be done by bank transfer or cleared cheque. No receipts will be issued unless requested.
Groups who block book the whole bunkhouse will be required to pay a refundable damages/compliance deposit of £350 (£500 if the function room is included in the hire) prior to arrival. This will be returned within one week of departure provided that the premises are left as they are found: clean, tidy and in good order. Please note that failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions may result in the loss, in part or whole, of this deposit the amount of which will be determined by the owners.
Cancellations more than two weeks in advance for single bed spaces will be refunded but a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations of single bed bookings less than two weeks from the arrival date will not be refunded.
If the Bunkhouse is booked in its entirety, cancellations more than three weeks in advance will be refunded but a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations of block bookings less than three weeks before arrival will not be refunded. Guests are advised to take out their own cancellation insurance should they deem it necessary.

Stag/Hen Parties by prior arrangement only.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
No subletting of the bunkhouse or function room is allowed.
No outside guests unless by prior arrangement.
The kitchen and showers are to be left clean immediately after use ready for the next guest.
The bunkhouse is to be left clean and tidy on departure and any breakages must be notified to the owners.
No Dogs inside the Bunkhouse. A dog bed is available in adjoining room.
No Smoking, no candles, no fireworks, no party string.
No outdoor shoes in the Bunkhouse.
We respectfully request that guests show due consideration to our neighbours and any other guests by keeping noise to a minimum after 22.30.
We do not accept any responsibility for injuries to guests, or any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property whilst you are on the premises. All guests are responsible for their own actions and consequences thereof whilst on the premises, without exception.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that particulars of the accommodation offered are accurate, we cannot accept any responsibility if the bunkhouse does not, in fact, meet your requirements. Before making a reservation please check that the Bunkhouse and its location is entirely suitable for all members of your party. We are happy to answer any questions regarding suitability of the property for your party.
